Its a LONG travel day to get from Venice, Florida to Seattle, Washington. No matter how you look at it, or how you book it, or where your lay-overs are, its 10 hours. Because our flight was EARLY in the morning, we decided to drive up to Tampa and stay in a hotel overnight. (then they keep the car which saves a TON of money!!!!) Isaac had never stayed in a hotel before, and this was soooo exciting! He and Dan shared a bed, while Micah was in mine. And when on vacation? Rules DON'T apply!!!!! So you want a sucker while watching the Olympics on white bed sheets? SURE!
I had no idea that airports put in children play areas! So much fun! And a great way to burn off that extra steam before a long flight.
Isaac was sooo excited to FLY!
And Micah either laughed or slept the entire time!
Both boys were perfect travelers. All the way to Seattle, and all the way back home 2 weeks later, even on the red-eye. Actually....they both did way better than me. HA!

Dan flew from Spokane to Seattle when he was three months old. He was very good too, but a much, much shorter flight. Still he was and is a sweetheart! Love you ALL. So proud of you!
