Sorry it has been over a month! Here are some updates:

Meet Josh! Josh is 6, in the 1st grade, and moved to our area over Christmas from Michigan. He started coming over after school in January and he's a great kid. Best of all, he's a boy, so Isaac is thrilled to have him here when he wakes up from his nap. This experience has given me a huge taste as to what life will be like in another 4 years!

Just a funny coincidence. But boy does it all look good together!? One day, Isaac. One day.

New found talents. Wouldn't be a "DEAN" if he couldn't do this one.

My friends son has this electric go-cart. The chain needed to be replaced so Dan offered to fix it. That meant it was in our garage last weekend...which meant we all had to "try it out, just to make sure it was ok to give back". WHAT A BLAST!

The go-cart goes around 15 to 20 miles an hour. Look at the next 2 pictures. Who do you think liked it more? Dan?
